Operations Data
Overview
The Open Platform provides operations data for assets uploaded by developers (skills, connectors, and experts). Core metrics include installs, invocations, activity, retention, and error rate, helping developers understand real usage and iterate based on user data.
Metric Definitions
| Metric | Definition | Data scope |
|---|---|---|
| Installs | Number of times users install an asset | Summoning an expert or skill, or successfully connecting a connector, each counts as one install; counted by actual occurrences, not deduplicated |
| Invocations | Number of times an asset is actually invoked | Skills and experts: reading the skill.md / agent.md file counts as one invocation; connectors: using a tool provided by the connector counts as one invocation; counted by actual occurrences, not deduplicated |
| Retention | 7-day retention rate | Day-T retention = users who invoked on both day T and day T+7 / users who invoked on day T; |
FAQ
- Data freshness: data is updated on a T+1 basis; the current day's data is available the next day
- Recommendations when expert error rate is high: try the high-error-rate asset locally, check whether failed retries occur during the task, then locate and fix the issue
