Enterprise Verification
Verification Methods
Enterprise real-name verification is for developers who publish assets as a company or organization.
Three methods are currently available:

Admin Real-Name Verification
Please prepare
- Your mainland China second-generation resident ID number;
- A phone number registered under your real name;
- An email address that can receive verification codes;
- A phone that can complete face recognition.
Upload Enterprise Information
- Upload the business license;
- The system uses OCR to recognize the enterprise name, unified social credit code, and legal representative name;
- Review the recognition results;
- Enter the developer nickname shown publicly;
- Pass developer nickname naming-rule validation.
If you change key recognized fields such as the enterprise name or unified social credit code, the system may ask for secondary confirmation.
When you choose “Legal representative real-name verification”, you must also enter the legal representative’s ID number and complete four-factor verification of enterprise name, unified social credit code, legal representative name, and ID number.
Complete Enterprise Verification
- Legal representative real-name verification: The legal representative personally scans the QR code to complete face verification;
- Tencent Cloud account quick verification: Click to jump to Tencent Cloud and confirm that the business-license entity matches the already verified Tencent Cloud entity;
- WeChat official account / mini program account quick verification: Click to jump to the WeChat official account / mini program platform and confirm that the business-license entity matches the already verified third-party entity.
If the third-party entity does not match the business-license entity, correct the information and restart verification.
Verification Results and Rules
After successful verification, the system creates an enterprise entity, and the verifying account becomes the super admin of that entity.
- Each account can verify at most 10 enterprise entities;
- The same enterprise can be verified by at most 50 accounts;
- Entities, open assets, and other assets created by different accounts are independent of each other;
- The verifying admin becomes the enterprise entity’s super admin by default.
Handling Verification Failures

| ID already taken | This ID has already completed personal real-name verification on another account | Sign in with the original verifying account; one ID can verify only one personal entity |
| Business license recognition failed | Failed to recognize business license information | Upload a clear, complete photo without glare, or fill in the fields manually as required |

Personal Verification
Preparation
Please prepare:
- Your mainland China second-generation resident ID card;
- A phone number registered under your real name;
- An email address that can receive verification codes;
- A phone that can complete face recognition.
Required Information
- Developer real name;
- Real name;
- ID number;
- Phone number;
- Email address.
Important Rules
- Only mainland China second-generation resident ID cards are supported;
- Use the Chinese name printed on the ID;
- One ID can verify only one personal entity across the platform;
- If the ID has already completed personal real-name verification on another WorkBuddy account, you cannot verify it again on the current account;
- Each account can create at most one personal entity.
